This is my take on a Fanmade Pokemon Character and his starter Pokemon which is inspired by the Native Mountain tribes in the northern parts of the Philippines.

The background is an actual view of Mt. Pulag in the Cordillera Administrative Region in the Philippines. Once you reach the peak, you'd be greeted with a sea of clouds.
